AesthetiX Dental Lab
AesthetiX - our in-house dental lab - provides the most beautiful, handcrafted, high quality prosthetics, enabling our patients to feel confident in their smile! Most dentists don't have an in-house lab. AesthetiX makes your new smile journey easier and incredibly efficient.
Efficiency
Having an in house lab means the patient will not be going to different offices for their surgery and receiving their teeth. For example, a complaint we hear from some patients is that they were told they have to travel to two different doctors to receive implant dentures. We are able to do the surgery and the prosthetic here.
Predictability
Having a surgeon who understands both the prosthetic side as well as the surgical side can ensure a predictable outcome for the patient.
Communication
Having everything done at our location ensures there are no communication issues amongst the patient to the doctor and the doctor to the lab. This means the patient's concerns will always be taken care of.

Your treatment coordinator is with you from start to finish. She'll explain the procedure and answer every question you have along the way.

In your initial smile consultation, you’ll meet with Dr. Graf or Dr. Culbertson to discuss your dental goals. We’ll perform an exam and take special X-rays to assess your current smile. In the consultation, your doctor will have you share more about the smile you’re looking for and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

At your pre-surgery records appointment, we’ll take all the necessary scans, photos, and impressions of your mouth using our advanced technology. You’ll receive the instructions for what to do the morning of your procedure and aftercare. You’ll receive your prescriptions, which you’ll want to fill before the day of your procedure.

The day of your procedure, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. When you get to the office you’ll be escorted to the back, made comfortable, and then sedated. A qualified member of our team will be by your side the entire time. Most patients don’t remember the procedure, they just sleep through it. You can expect to be at our office for the majority of the day. The procedure is only a few hours, but you’ll be sleeping off the anesthesia for a while. When you wake up, you’ll have a beautiful set of temporary teeth. These are your healing set, which you’ll wear while your body and bone heal and integrate with the implants—a crucial step to ensure the best possible result. Temporary teeth are nearly indistinguishable from what your final teeth will look like.

Born and raised in Wheelersburg, Dr. Graf grew up thinking his dentist (Dr. Jerry Burleson) was the coolest guy he knew. For his 6th birthday, Dr. Burleson gave him a signed picture of Michael Jordan, which at the time meant more to Dr. Graf than anything else he could have received. This unforgettable childhood moment inspired Dr. Graf to pursue a career in dentistry and ultimately serve the people of his hometown!
Dr. Graf went on to complete both his undergraduate business degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Ohio State University. During his time at the OSU College of Dentistry, he was the only student out of his class of 112 to complete a full year of residency during his 4th year of training. This not only allowed Dr. Graf to gain nearly triple the experience of his peers, but it also gave him the opportunity to become a surgical extern at the famed Midwest Implant Institute. He's known as a meticulous clinician with a passionate heart for people.
Furthering his passion for dental surgery and helping others, Dr. Graf regularly mentors at Implant Pathway, one of the biggest implant continuing education centers in the country. There, he teaches other surgeons how to practice surgery at the highest level and with the most success.
Beyond serving patients, both locally and overseas in Honduras, he loves spending time with his wife, Kayla, and their daughters, Kamila and Aria. Dr. Graf also enjoys the Buckeyes, Bengals, and Reds, woodworking, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and taking advantage of all the little things that make small-town Ohio the best place to live!

Dr. Chase Culbertson, DDS
PASSION & EXPERTISE
Dr. Chase Culbertson is as passionate about Ohio as Dr. Graf. Dr. Culbertson knew he wanted to be a dentist at a young age. His dentist was a big role model for him as he was close friends with his father. After seeing him be able to have such great connections with his patients, it made him want to be a dentist who could do the same. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University before pursuing his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Ohio State University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Culbertson and Dr. Graf first crossed paths at Ohio State, where they realized they share the same drive for changing patients' lives. Dr. Culbertson, like Dr. Graf– has also received specialized training in advanced dental implants, including zygomatic implants for patients with bone loss.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Culbertson is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He loves golfing, snowboarding, and hiking with his dog, Kubo. Additionally, he has a keen interest in photography, specializing in nature, family, engagement, and wedding photoshoots.
